1. Can I switch to another plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade to a different plan at any time.

2. Can I get a refund?

We allow you to cancel your subscription at any time. However, we cannot issue refunds for the time left in your subscription.

3. Can I get a custom plan with more topics and channels?

Yes, we offer custom plans with any number of topics or channels as part of Scoop.it Knowledge Sharing, our enterprise version.

4. Can I pay by Credit Card, Wire Transfer or Check?

You can use a credit card to pay for any of our plans. We use Stripe’s secure payment system and support all major credit cards. We only support wire transfer and payment by check for our enterprise solutions Scoop.it Content Director and Scoop.it Knowledge Sharing.
